I purchased google play recharge code through phone pe account on august 16th and raised a complaint to refund as i dont want that anymore. I got a call next day from the number +919321558925 saying they are calling from phonepe and will refund as per complaint which will refelct in my account in 2 to 3 days. After 1 week the amount didnt get refunded in my account. Subsequently i called phone pe customer care wherein they said they didnt call me and its a fraud call.
While this incident happened, my recharge code from google play is already redeemed from a different account. Please take necessary action.
