My friend mobile no is 7973664539 is by mistakely recharged with rs 153/- & not activated the net pack. There after again recharged with rs 199/- for 28 days, requested to activate. Ok. What about my 153/-, can u refund the same or adjusted in phone accout. If not what is solution.please confirm.nt

My friend jio no is 7973664539 is recharged by mistakely rs 153/-. But it is for jio phone, and not received net pak of 1.5 GB for 28 days. There after iam again recharged with rs 199/- and activated. Can u tell me wether my 153/- is refundable or not. If so what about my rs 153/-. Please confirm. Recharged with phone no 9018472976 of ambadas.
