Sir ji Regards Hello As I would like to inform you that my ibell iblfl 8359 rechargeable torch flashlight ultra long which i ordered this on 17th august 2021 when it came to me for the first time the torch ibel’s in that order But the torch was of no use to me due to the charger not being connected properly, due to which I explained its replacement details and after that I got the flashlight replaced but the flashlight which was replaced by me was not of Ibell but from another company. Due to which I have complained again and again for this and complained many times but every time my complaint is rejected and no correct answer is given to me from there. I am very dissatisfied with your customer care. I am and what is under your refund and replace process, I have sent my documents, my aadhar card, my election card etc. documents to you many times, but still after such process many times, again in tomorrow’s date on September 8, 2021, my complaint got rejected and i don’t get any exact answer It has been given, so you are requested to solve my problem and either replace my product properly, either sir, refund my money to me and you have sent the JY super flashlight again in replacement. Take me back from here I have a respectful request to you sir thank you
Sir as I have told you all the things till now my problem is not resolved and my problem is as it is and I have neither received refund nor my proper replacement, then you are requested to solve my problem.
