Hi, My Flipkart account was blocked and in mail it is mentioned that the reason for blocking is number of high returns. Actually I ordered louis Philippe branded XXL Size shirt but I received Highlander branded Medium size shirt. Initially I didn’t noticed the brand as both the products(Ordered&received) are similar in color and cloth. So, I placed return request by mentioning Size issue. Later delivery boy said that brand is also different and he asked me to raise return request by changing the reason as brand issue. I cancelled the return request and tried to place new return request with brand issue. But I was unable to place the return request and I contacted customer support team and they suggested me to place the replacement request and they placed request for it. But it got rejected. Again I contacted customer Support team and they placed new replacement request. This same thing happened for nearly 7 times after that my account was blocked and received mail that reason for blocking is number of high returns. After I contacted customer support team many time for unblocking my account but every time they used to told me that they will transfer my call to their superiors and they will put me on hold for more than 10minutes and they will end the call without notice, this is the most frustrated and disappointed service from the FLIPKART. And i received IVR calls to pay PayLater due which i tried to pay it and complained to customercare support that I’m unable to pay because of blocking my account(that asking to login to pay my paylater due). I got harassed by IVR calls that it going to report credit bureau, I complained number of times but they used to disconnect the calls without notice. Finally i decided that to proceed legally and processed through lawyer Then After(After 1&1/2 month)they responded to notice & I received call from flipkart and they said that my account got unblocked. So I compromised & Forget what issue happened to me and started ordering in Flipkart normally, After some orders….1 of the order was Gasstove belongs to Lifelong brand which i heared that not an good brand, so i ordered Butterfly Branded stove and rejected this lifelong brand at the time of delivery but deliver boy told me to accept and return the product..so as he said i did same thing but after clicking on return request, my account was blocked.Then after I complain same thing to customercare support but still my problem was unresolved. I Dont know that why I’m suffering because of their mistake. So Kindly Please Look into this and resolve my issue.I Felt that now i’ll get the resolution and thought that no need to approach consumer court.
Note: If u want me to submit any proofs like call recordings(belongs to customer support/Delivery Boy),call logs etc…. i can submit.
Also i requested customer support to investigate about my shirt issue that to check with Logistics CCTV Footage that i received product with transparent cover package but no use, they didnt investigated.
They used to put on hold for more than 20minutes some time by saying that they will connecting to higher authority but my call will get disconnected by them(this happens continuosly more than 10 time that i can provide proofs or else can check my call track).
No Investigation No Resolution but Blaming me by recieving mail contains :
“Hello,
We’d like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.”
Every word written by me with a pain. really I’m suffering with this issue. I will fight till i get resolution, ready to go till any extent.
Kindly solve my issue after investigating only.
