Text of Complaint by Anupama Kesarwani:

Good Evening ma’am.
That’s not mistake Madam, it’s totally delivery partner’s fault.
My youngest use to go to get the grocery items when I get not free or else in my working hour.
They use to take advantage of my child and provide less grocery items from what I ordered.

Ma’am please try to understand my 400+ supercoins(I played many videos and I am a plus member of flipkart) are there in my account and ₹266 in my account section.
The fraud has happened with me ma’am. Try to understand . There is no mistake of mine.

Please help me with a resolution ma’am.

Please try to understand that’s not my mistake. The delivery partner did not provide the whole items in my grocery package. They are thief. Just because of this I always came to flipkart customer service and they are the only person who helped me with my resolution.

I am a Plus member of flipkart , why should I be doing this anyway.
I am a genuine customer at flipkart

Ma’am please reopen my account and resolve my issue. ?
