Hi
I am Zubair I have booked ticket to dubai (travel date:10th oct 2021 )on 25-09-2021 due to personal reasons I have postpond the travel date to 11th Nov 2021 PNR: PHZ3JK and I have been informed that fare difference of RS.10k shall be credited to my account with 10 working days and till date no amount has been credited so many follow ups and nothing happened.
And on 08-10-2021 I got a message that my flight on 11th Nov 2021 has been cancelled due to schedule change and my refund of 62k has been initiated and don’t know how much time it will take.
Kindly get back my 72k amount from spicejet
