I had booked a spice jet flight from Patna to Delhi and I was supposed to arrive at 11:35 pm but within minutes of my booking the flight timings were changed and my arrival time shifted to 1:05 AM. After calling them several times, they took no responsibility for this but kept on apologising mechanically. It was highly irresponsible on their part and also took no responsibility for my safety. They outrightly refused to take any responsibility for providing me any services to drop me home and because of that I had to travel aloan at 2 AM aloan
