Dear Make My Trip team,
I had booked Air India flight AI- 532 on 17th may 22:20 PM from Ahmedabad to New delhi.
But due to Tautke cycloan Ahmedabad airport was not operational, and flight canceled. I was returned from airport after got confirmation from air india executive.
When I tried to cancel the flight from make my trip,
Day 1 – Claim request was accepted on app.
Day 2 – I got a call from the executive from make my trip. Who was claiming that the flight was operational. Upon explaining its due to tautke cycloan she ask on i will check with airline.
Day 5 – I was checking my claim status it was showing trip completed. Without my approval who gave right to change my claim status ?
Day 6 – I again Call to make my trip executive and raise my issue, She again ask me i will confirm again.
Day 32 – I again Call to make my trip executive and raise my issue, She again ask me i will confirm again from the airline and also assured me to call after 2-3 hours with resolution. I also provide her alternate number.
10th July : Got confirmation for flight cancellation & upload same to make my trip portal. Again they accept the claim. Now i am checking again it shows trip completed. tring to contact make my trip via call email. but no response.
