I booked. A flight from Travolook from Pune to Jaipur on 18th April at 4:45 am using a google ad. I later got a mail at 6:05 am stating that the flight was cancelled and that I will be refunded. When I called the customer care they stated that the flight was cancelled due to operational reasons from the company and that my funds will be returned with 5-7 business working days. The person on the other end of the line did not sound convincing and the hold on the call was for nearly 15 minutes
