I have purchased ticket from spice jet from New Delhi to Patna the travel date was in 8th Nov 2021.My Ticket has been cancelled by Airlines or Someone without any OTP but i have log complaint against in spice jet and make my trip with PNR- NO-L9DWPS .spice jet denied and saying OTP send it registered mobile number but i am 100% sure not get any OTP.
Now since nov 8 2021 I am constantly following up with their customer service to get the refund. They are just delaying any ignoring my serious issue.
Please help to get the refund
