Subject: Complaint Against Fire-Boltt for Defective Product & Lack of Customer Support

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am filing this complaint against Fire-Boltt regarding a defective smartwatch that I purchased from Gizmo Galaxy (Metro Store) on June 13, 2024. The details of the purchase are as follows:
• Model Name: BSN 203 Colony Clasp
• Purchase Price: ₹4,999
• Invoice Number: [Mention if available]
• Payment Mode: G-Pay
• Retailer Name & Location: Gizmo Galaxy, Metro Store

The smartwatch stopped functioning properly within a short period. I attempted to resolve the issue by reaching out to Fire-Boltt’s customer support multiple times via phone and email, but I have received no response. Additionally, I visited local service centers, but they were either unresponsive or unable to provide a solution.

As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, I am entitled to a functional product and adequate after-sales service. Fire-Boltt’s failure to address my concerns constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practices.

Relief Sought:
1. Immediate repair or replacement of the smartwatch.
2. Refund of ₹4,999 if the product cannot be repaired.
3. Compensation for the inconvenience caused due to lack of response.

I kindly request the Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum to take necessary action against the company and ensure that I receive appropriate redressal. If no action is taken within 15 days, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further.
