I have recharged my jio fiber connection on 3 dec after recharging I’m not getting internet till date.my connection gets over my 3jan 2023.
I have called N number of times to customer care spoke to more then 25 different executives and visited local jio office spoke to 3 mangers of SR team.none able to help or resort my internet connection till date
Now even I wish to cancel .jio refuses to refund my deposit and monthly pre paid .which they promised to give me uninterrupted internet which I never used till now.
Will appreciate if needful refund is give or my jio connection resorted with out any more hassle to me and give my unused data back to my account
