I had ordered a Samsung A71 mobile phone against Order ID : OD222037133335450000 on 12th June 2021 and the same was delivered to me on 15th June 2021. When received the package, the phone was found to be old one and the package was stating the MFG date as July 2020.
I than too installed all the applications and data from my old phone to this new one and started using the phone for 2 days. Initially it was hanging, later on Friday, 18th June 2021 the phone got switched off suddenly even though the battery percentage was 80%. Than I tried switching on the phone, which was a failure. Later I have raised a return request on Flipkart and even spoke to the executive to explain him the problem and also inturn got some trouble shooting tips which did not work. I had also informed the executive that I would require the backup for the same when replaced as this is my primary business phone and I would need the replacement / refund along with my backup.
Whereas I came to know from the team that my issue for replacement / refund was kept on hold for 3 days from Flipkart’s end and not even processed my request. Even after enormous calls to the CS team, the issue is still unresovled. On Monday, I was informed that the issue would be resolved before 24th June, 2.30 PM. Whereas, again they changed the same to 25th June 2021. Now, they are not even attending to our calls and mails.
I would need the refund / replacement along with the backup of my phone.
