Text of Complaint by Vinodakumar S R:

I took Drink prime on August 14 and during that time they said it’s buy one month and get one month free, now when I open the app on October 14 to recharge the app is showing the recharge is expired on September 14, after syncing the machine stopped working and everyday drink prime members sending message to me to recharge 2 months amount, I am trying to call but no one receiving and from past one week am drinking outside water and my family health is gone now it’s really worst experience for me in my life, we request you to help me at the earliest

I am using this service since 6+Months but am not happy with this service and product its totally worst product no proper suitable information as given while installation time as well as after rechargeable time also even though call excutive also not responding properly simply said it’s our policy..

    I request don’t buy this product…don’t buy..
