I’ve received a bill of 18950 when I’ve payed my last bill in the first week of May. Which means I’ve received a 19,000 RS bill for 2 months?
We are a family of 4 and all 3 of my family members have always worked from home so there can be no difference in the consumption of electricity in the lockdown months. June and July are the monsoon months where infact the electricity usage should be lesser because the Air-condition is not used on a regular basis due to the weather.

I would like to file a formal Complaint and dispute my charges and would like to have a complete investigation carried out for my charges. I will not make a payment of these charges.
