Namaste, my name is Rohit Kumar Mathuri, I am from Bihar Jhajha (jamui). my electricity bill is too high I got the connection on 12-07-2023 and did a rechange of 1000 on the same date, and on 24-07-2023 my balance was -400(approx), Again I did a recharge of 1600 on the same day and today is 8-8-2023 my balance is -337. on the Electric app(BIHAR BIJLI SMART APP)it shows we use 14 units/day on average which is wrong, During the daytime we use our inverter. I complain to the electricity office and they told me we’ll check but they completely ignored it. I am not the only one facing this problem those who have smart meters in my town(JHAJHA) are facing the same issue. Kindly help us please I have attached all the screenshots. You can see how they have shown the consumption on the app.
