Sub: Complaint about Heavy Electricity Bill Problem

I am writing a complaint in regards to the rising electricity bill. The electricity bill has been extremely high lately.

I have not paid my electric bill for last three months due to lockdown and now my electric bill come and the amount is 3530 is too much.

However you have to make corrections in this.
