Dear sir/ Madam,
I am Prince K Jose and my south Indian bank account is in Vennala Branch, Kochi, Kerala.
I have made a transaction of Rs. 300 on 4th May 6.45 pm to MS Madan Enterprises. But they haven’t got the amount credited yet. Rs. 300 deducted from my account. I approached bank technical staff, and they told me the transaction was successful,
When I tell this to 1win customer agent, they wanted to me to wait for 7 days. After 7 days I again asked them for a solution. But they told me again to wait for another 7 days. They are telling this whenever we ask them about the soultion. transaction details attached.
I would like to get a soultion for this.
