Text of Complaint by Uttam Dhiman:

deposited ₹3000 into my Parimatch account (User ID: 349729757) on 21 february 2026 at 2:30 PM via UPI (Transaction Reference/UTR: (004308730666). The payment was successful but the amount has not been credited to my account.

I immediately raised a support ticket (#77979944) with Parimatch and attached my payment confirmation, but after more than a week there has been no response or resolution. There is also no working customer support email.
My funds are stuck and my complaint is being ignored, causing financial and mental distress.
