Herewith to inform, i had taken new jio fiber connection on may month, but due to unsatisfied i had cancelled in a week, customer care informed i will get my refund in 7 working days but more than month till i did not get any refund.
Lots of calls to customer care and sent many emails to customer care team and appellate authority, no response from anybody. Kindly do the needful.
