Dear Sir,
I have sent many e-mails to info@Oreva.com regarding replacement of my defective OLC-1080 Ajanta Clock.
My Clock has got warranty up to 2 Jan 23.
It is almost 1 month over. But I did not get any reply or call from your company.
As per Oreva, I have spoken to Mehta Agencies & RR Times (Chennai Ajanta Clock Delers). But they refuse to take my Clock because I didn’t buy from them.
There are many information given in my previous emails Oreva. But no response from Oreva.
Please solve my problem as soon possible.
