Dear Sir
Please note that i have visited one of Airtel office at Tulsidham Area Manjalpur in Vadodara Gujarat and Met Mr. Chetan and requested to cancel / deactivate my Hotspot device number 6358901654 on dated 14th July and paid INR 941/- up to July end closing bill. I had a plan to fly out of India on 16th so cancellation was requested and didn’t receive call from retention dept. But we expect Chetan to handle our request which they didn’t.
However we noticed that we have been billed for August 2020 and Sept 2020 totaling INR 1,177.00 . We fail to understand that why billing is on when we have requested to cancel our device. Later on we started getting msg. from Vadodara collection department Mr. Kalpesh informing that there is NO Cancellation request by Chetan until 29th Oct 2020 and We must pay due bills other wise our case will be addressed to legal dept.
Why customer has to suffer and pay additional charges if responsible person of Airtel fail to address our cancellation request!!!!!!!!
please take necessary action on this as we are not responsible to pay August and Sept bill or if any additional cost billed now onwards…..
