Text of Complaint by Loveson:

Hello Airtel,

  1. I have been facing a problem in Recharging my Data.
  2. I recharge twice for an offer of 28 days validity of 2gb data per day for ₹149 which keeps on expiring after 1 or 2 days.
  3. I assumed it as a problem with my phone before. But now I believe this is a scam.
  4. I would like you to help me out with my number. This can’t go on.
  5. I believe you can help me out. If this continues, I have no choice but to change my sim.
