My crossbeats watch is not working and they still damaged at their service center and not claiming the warrenty.

I have sent second time cross beats watch for for service where touch screen was not working bot time for same reason. Now they are claiming it is water damage and warrenty void.

Being technical person I have not allowed to soak the water. Here is the latest reply from them.

Hi Umesh Kuchanur,

It is with regards to the request towards warranty and service claim on your recently purchased Crossbeats (Orbit metallic Blue) We had conducted a service check on your product (Touch not working) and would like to share the following inspection report:

1. The captive electrical component which deliver power to PCBA is damaged. These damages mostly occur due to wire strain, moisture, static charge and cause shorts in the electrical flow.

2. The Integrated chip on the PCBA is corrugated due to liquid entry inside the sensor.

3. The battery cells were found to have been damaged and not responding to circuit charge.

4. The touch screen is also non-responsive due to damages seen on the Integrated chip on PCBA.

Unfortunately, the above observation is not a manufacturing defect and it voids the warranty claim request. As the product is outside the scope of service and warranty, we will be happy to have the same shipped back to your desired location on request.
