My crossbeats smart watch is not working and they still damaged at their service center and not claiming the warranty. I sent second time to the service center. Just after one day of the repair. At first times service they said no damage was there and upgrade of the firmware solved the issue. After getting the watch I used for one day same issue occurred after so many mails they asked to send the watch and keeping the for many days today morning they replied that issue is with water soaking and hence warrenty can not be claimed. I have not brought that watch to water contact and first time also issue was same (touch screen not working) how it solved with the firmware upgrade? They are cheating me. Please help to get the working watch from them.
