I have made a payment of Rs.7120/- on 27/01/2020 and closed my credit card. I also have NOC but on CIBIL this is still an open account and impacting my score negatively. I have multiple times reached out to Kotak to fix it from their end as I am unable to do it from my end. CIBIL says to raise the request directly with the lender but my issue has not been resolved. Kotak is such a pathetic Bank.
