I booked a flight from Amazon on 31 Oct 2020 for flight date 01 dec 2020 which is booked under order no. 408-6891320-3887506 and PNR. VR8F5R flight of IndiGo. I booked it under zero cancellation policy my booking was secure under the policy which was told by customer service as I contacted them before booking. But when my schedule was changed and I cancelled the flight the refund was only 412 rs and the flight booking amount was 3341 rs. Then I contacted the Amazon customer service but they don’t do nothing. So I request you to help me regarding this.
