I have ordered the jeans on 27 April 2024 from ketch app, and the product was delivered on 1 may 2024 but the product was not of my size because of that I returned that, tha product was returned to tha company on 7 may and when I contact to them to know about my refund money, they say that your product does not qualify our quality check that’s why we can’t refund your money,, they are doing fruad with customers, firstly say sell wrong products and then they refused to refund tha money.. I have loss my 550/ ruppee on this cheap app… Please immediately take any action regarding this company.

I ordered one oversized tshirt of ₹829 but the tshirt was too long for me so I placed return on same day. On 17th August the delivery boy collect the return package and on 31st of August the package reached at store and they checked the package and processed the refund amount but according to them they refund the amount but I didn’t get my refund back yet. Today is 8th of September till now I didn’t get my money back.
