I was staying in kolkata since last 4 month. Everyday or Every minute i am facing the issue of data, I never get proper speed. when i make call then sometime i can’t here the voice of other end. I am paying 400-500 but i am getting very bad service. I am unhappy with the servic of JIO.
If it is not fixed very soon then i have to switch some other network.

Its regarding my Reliance Jio network, we are not getting sufficient net speed. Even many time we
have called Jio call centre, but they are saying they are upgrading there network…. This is not the way
to treat the customer.
Request you to please take necessary action.
