My name is fathima, acctualy my problem is my network issue so i decide to port the sim in airtel before i had go to airtel store for portout joi to airtel but that person told me we can port u network but not in prepaid first 1 month u get postpaid sim and u get monthly bill only 299 after 1 month u recharge with 299 it will automatically sim will bi change in prepaid and i ask to him 4 to 5 times only i get 299 bill he said yes but next month iam getting 600 bill and i pay the bill also period of 6 month then i said him to chnage in prepaid and he saying me after 3 month u i’ll get in prepaid then also i pay the bill but july month i cant pay the bill now the bill is getting me 1200 then how can i pay the bill and my postpaid sim also not changing in prepaid what is the reason he lie with me and betray with me so kindly resolve my problem and change postpaid to prepaid and i cant pay the bill also this much
