Sir,
My father died due to covid-19 on April 21st. Few months ago the tata sky binge gives a free trial of firestick to them for 3 months. After my father died they call me and want to return there free product I don’t mind nd I return it but at that time the adapter was missing. So the the one who take the product said me we will inform the you when the product was complete, so search for the charger. But then he went off and they never call back for the adapter. The market value of adapter is rs 1200 . So today I want start my dish so i open the Father’s tata sky account but its rs -1198. It’s the charge of the adapter they wanted me to pay. But why should I pay the trial of the product is 3 months but the they asked for the product after 8- 9 months. And the return is completed without my information. Today I just found that adapter they said u have to pay for it. We wouldn’t return. I said please return your tata sky setup box they tell me to pay first. Why should I pay for the service center irresponsibility. Please take the certain actions.
