I have taken the loan from swift app from one website and due date was on 7th day but they are threating me and using abusive language.

I have taken the loan from swift app from one website and due date was on 7th day but they are threating me and using abusive language.But I am transferring Loan amount to owner name Vivek Kumar .But on SWift app not show the payment Details so called to Swift app customer care and I told all details regarding my repayment issue he told payment not received you transfer the payment another UPI id he gave me UPI id and he also ki aapne payment nahi Kiya ye UPI id k uper toh aapko per day penalty lagegi aap payment kar do Aaj aur aapne jo pehele payment Kiya hein humare owner k UPI id pe vo aapko 28 din k baad refund honga, meine unko bola k vo payment aapko mil gaya hein aap muje aapke Swift loan k aap par payment successful show kar do unhone bola vo nahi ho sakta aapko ye ID pe pehele aaj payment kardo fir 28 din k baad vo aapko mil jayega….aur vo muje alag language k se baat karne lage please solve my problem on urgent basis…
