dear Sir / madam,
Please note that this is my complaint against my Broadband Service Provider. Which is interrupting regularly from 21-april 2020.
I have recharge Excitel Boradband for 6 months on 19-APR 2020.
From that day my Internet interrupting regularly for more than 27 Days.
I have complaint so many times for the same to Excitel but after working for few days, it again discontinued. Every time customer care assure me that the problem will not happen in future but problem happen again & again.
so I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously because due to No proper internet my office work & Study of my child is affecting very badly. I have missed so many meeting due to this problem.

I am also facing the same issue with excitel
