i was ordered a saree from ethnicdeal.in at 26 oct 2018 but not delivered yet and rupees deducted from my account.

I also ordered a kurti from ethnicdeal on 17/10/18. Product money deducted from my account. but kurti not delivered still today and no response/ reply from them. I think that the company is doing fraud with customers. so what has to be done now. kindly help me.
