I raised a complain regarding wifi on Monday, that I was not able to browse internet through wifi, where I have paid advance bill till February. The technician, named Abdul told that we have to convert our connection from copper to fibre. When two technicians under abdul came they said that the wiring is already of fibre and that the new device is to be installed. They said that the issue will be resolved that day only and that’s why Abdul ask me the code to close the issue. After that those two technicians left and other technician named Sachin came and fix the line and said everything is done just the device has to be set up and he had place an order for the same. After 10 minutes he said the order is struck and that the work will be done by tomorrow positively. But on Tuesday and Wednesday same thing happen, these guys have same response for the issue, Abdul came today morning saying he will install the old connection for temporary purpose, but that too resulted in vain, he was not able to install temporary connection too and promised me to solve this issue by evening but at evening, the area manager named Vikas didn’t pick up the call at all and the other two technicians were not ready to listen my issue and also raise there voice saying they can’t do anything and I have to change my whole connection from the start. This is just unacceptable and I have to face mental agony for this whole issue.
