Seller send wrong products which was delivered on 27 march so i gave request for replacement and again seller sends the wrong products which is delivered today. So i gave request for call back but flipkart agent put my call on hold for 20 minutes and then he disconnect the call. So i start conversation with chat support where excutive whose name is sirisha not ready to take complain against the agent and she took 2 to 3 minutes for single reply.i asked her designation she told this is her personal details she can’t provide me.i told her to connect me with senior she denied. She arrange call back where agent call me and disconnect the call. I don’t know what to do.
