I had book a ticket on 17 th July 2022 for 10th of august from Chennai to Bagdogra with a confirmation no. REF510863113 via a company named travolook. After few hours then the booking got canceled from their end for which the refund from their end got initiated on that vary day. They asked me to wait for the refund for 7-10 days excluding Saturdays and Saundays as well as other public holidays. When I did not receive the money within the stated time frame I called them again for which they asked me to wait for another 7-10 days but in the meanwhile despite me constantly asking them for the proof they kept denying and haven’t been providing me with any clarity on that particular case.And now it looks like they’ve also removed their account
