i booked a ticket from travolook website on 16th jan,2021 from Delhi to Bhubaneswar. During the booking process they kept my PNR number on hold by saying that fare has been updated and due to technical issues process could not be completed , you will get your money with in 3-4 business days, even i got a email regarding this. My ref no – REF290616539, Fare- 5254.
After 3 to 4 days i started connecting to their team via calls and emails, repeatedly they said same thing like sometime 4-5 days, some time 48 hrs and some time some other date, the money will be refunded to your account. knowingly they are keeping you on hold.
its illegal to do these things. i booked from this website for the first time , later on when i faced issues i started google the same, shocked to see that how people are suffering due to these all.. There is no rights to hold our money like this. The amount is not small and also its not our black money.
its very frustrated and irritated to just call and ask , they will play with you like this.
i want my money back. i am doing hard labor. Every single rupees is worth for me.
