I ordered a TP-LINK TL-WR841N 300Mbps Wireless N Router worth 1049/-. But got the item defective. I made return within the return policy. When my return request accepted again i ordered another TP link from same Flipkart. But my return request was cancelled. Again I requested for return. Total 9 times my return request was cancelled without any reason. Customer care also not supporting me. No technician visited to my home for that product. They randomly cancelled my return request. Please look into my matter.
