Dear sir,
Yesterday I was doing my recharge on airtel payment app. After filling all the information and my account details, a message appeared stating that your recharge was unsuccessful, if money was deducted from your account, it will be refunded within 2 hours.
As the recharge was unsuccessful, I waited for some time for getting any other information about my recharge, but did not get any information, so I recharged my mobile number with paytm and the recharge was successful.
After some time a new message came to me stating that your previou recharge done on Airtel App is successful and inr.448 is deducted from your account, providing you 6 months of validity, without my permission.
It clearly shows how they Fraud me, and provided extra validity which I donot need.
So I request you to take a quick action against them and help me to get my money refunded, and ensure that it will not be done again to anyone.
