I booked a ticket on 6th June 2021 from Delhi to Mumbai from www.travolook.in, travel date of 17th June 2021. my ticket got canceled due to technical reasons from the airline. I requested for refund, They told me that it would be refunded in your account in the next 7-10 working days. but the amount is not transferred to my account yet. every time they told me a new excuse and gave me a new timeline of 5-7 working days. the customer care executives are also not responding properly.
