I Booked a ticket on 6th June 21 from Delhi to Mumbai, That ticket got canceled due to technical reasons but they deducted my money. Now they are not returning my money. i am following them since 7th june but every time they give a new timeline of 10-15 working days. Now it’s approx 6 months and I am still waiting for my refund.

Hi I am Maulik Modi From Ahmedabad I take karma resort & hospitality mambership on 26th April 2021 My membership Cost is 45,000/-rs so I pay 10,000/-rs as a down payment & final the my membership after pay I received one welcome mail . In mail write my membership Name is LOCKDOWN Mambership & My Membership I’d :- 13914 Sales Person Name is Spoorthi Chathiri from Hyderabad & My Holiday Expert Name Is Saikumar Kongari From Hyderabad after all this process I decided other Payment pay in emi options but Spoorthi & saikumar both are convenience me for pay full payment both are offered me If I am paying full payment then he & she provided me 2 night extra & credit card EMI intrest 2500/- he & she waiver me then I m ready with him condition & I will pay 32,500/- ( 14th June 2021 ) after paying full payment I ask to booking regard so both of told pls mail on reservation team so I mailed it on reservation mail id when I do first mail Booking for anta resort pushkar then received mail the property is not available so I send 2nd mail for Kumbhalgarh so I received mail your payment is due first clear your outstanding after we provide you booking so I informed you both guys Spoorthi & sai kumar so both say don’t worry sir we clear & give confirm booking after I call customer care number 18002585584 & speak with Some Rekha Madam & Shradha Madam but both are not give me proper solution also not resolved my & cut the my call till date & till second I don’t have received any confirmation from any one side still I am waiting for confirmation
