I received a call that if m interested to do a part time job. I said yes m interested but tell me about the job. They told that it a form job where I ll have to complete 1200 forms in 10 days where I will receive Rs 35000 out of which they will cut 7100 as registration charges. I agreed cause it is a huge amount in 10 days. I asked them to teach me the job and send the agreements. So they mailed me the agreement which is clearly written that if I fail to submit the work or any error found I have to pay them 7100. So i told them if this is the policy then I cannot do the job. Then they told me that they will send me a cancellation mail which I have to agree. But they didn’t send any mail. They used to call me and say that return our I’d and password. But i never received any I’d and password so how can i return them. After some days i got a message and also a mail from some advocate manoj and ahmedabad police saying about that a FIR has been filed against me for breach of contract. If I fail to pay the company the amount of 7100 they will take legal actions against me. But I think the fir is fake. So help me with this.
