I was working with a company called TopinDigiXpert It Services Private Limited from 5th Feb 2018 to 31 July 2018. As per government norms company must pay employee salary they paid me only my three months salary other from Feb 2018 to April 2018. When I asked about my remaining salary they closed their company on 31st July 2018 and just giving dates and date from August 2018 to until now they haven’t paid me anything. I am struggling for my job and even salary. When I called on their mobile nos call rings but both of the directors don’t pick my call. We were told we will be paid but still, I am struggling for my salary.
