My complaint is for the approval of claim from universal sompo car insurance. I have subbmited all the required document before 20 days and no one can handle me as serious customer. Im mentally tired because of universal sompo any one of his employee answer me about my claim approval only transfer my case day by day and all he said sir ab wo handle kar rahe hein aapka case wo kar rahe hein koi proper reply nahi de raha hy me 20 days se contact me hun
