I have timely made all payments on Zest Money, however, due to a technical issue on their end, my CIBIL score has decreased. I raised a complaint through email to help@zestmoney.in on January 28th, but have not received any updates despite following up multiple times. This is causing significant inconvenience as it is affecting my ability to secure a housing loan that I need.
