I haven’t received or utilized any personal loan from EARCPL but it is reflecting in my CIBIL score purchased and therefore, my CIBIL score has been lowered and I’m unable to avail loan from my bank. Request you to remove loan from my account in CIBIL portal

Dear Sir, I have come to know that there is showing ERCPL credit card active in my name, I have never received such credit card from unknown bank (ERCPL) Which has effected my credit score badly.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
