I took a loan amount of Rs 33,999 from Zest Money for my son’s White Hat Junior Coding Class. I had given them the auto debit option and they debit their EMI from my account on the 5th of every month, but recently when I took my CIBIL Report I came to known that my Cibil score ahs been drastically changed showing irregular payment to Zest Money. But, my bank transaction records are clear I have not made any default in the payment, moreover its auto debit option, they debit the amount on 5 of every month.
My CIBIL Score has gone down and I have no other loans except Zest Money. Since my CIBIL Score is low I could not take education loan from bank. Kindly do the needful.
