I pay my all dues and closed my Paytm postpaid account permanently but in my cibil account Paytm postpaid Lender partner Aditya Birla finance Ltd mentioned that 359 Rs due on me .I tried to pay this amount but there are no option to pay so that my cibil affected badly pls solve my problem

Same issue i had paytm postpaid in my old number i paid my bill and updated my number in paytm after that my paytm postpaid is gone now my cibil is effected badly and there is no way to pay this loan i tired everything i could but still i cant pay this 16 rs
