I have purchased a Mobile realme x7 imei no – 862044050321392 from flipkart on 02 march 2021 purchased under flipkart smart upgrade plan 30% payment of 6000 to pay after 01 year . I am ready to pay but customer care of flipkart is not providing any link or details for payment my phone is lock from 03 days.
Below attachments im uploading the IMEI number and passkey i am trying to coll flipkart from last 72 hour but still no solutions provided from their side . I have my official email ids bank accounts linked in this phone i am not able to use my phone because of lock i have already visited to service centre of realme they are saying flipkart will resolve this issue. Please coll on my alternate no.
